At GDG Hair & Beauty, we strive to provide exceptional service and customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your service, please notify us immediately so we can address your concerns.

Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:

  1. Dissatisfaction with Service: If you are unhappy with the outcome of your service, please inform us during your visit or within 24 hours of your appointment. We will do our best to rectify the situation or offer a refund.

  2. Service Error: In the rare event of a service error or mistake made by our staff, we will gladly offer a full refund or complimentary service to correct the issue.

  3. Allergic Reaction: If you experience an allergic reaction to any product used during your service, please seek medical attention immediately and inform us as soon as possible. We will provide a full refund upon presentation of a medical professional's diagnosis.

Please note the following conditions:

  • Refunds are issued at the discretion of salon management.

  • Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment.

  • Refunds may take 5-7 business days to reflect in your account.
